**Do you have strong soldering skills and hands-on experience in PCB testing?** We are looking for **skilled technicians** with a solid background in **manual soldering, SMT, and circuit board diagnostics** . This is a **direct hire** role with long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement. **What You Will Be Doing** - Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures, identifying root causes - Perform precise soldering work: Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, and BGAs - Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray system, Rework Station, and Solder Pot - Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test specifications - Support and guide other technicians on testing procedures and soldering standards - Maintain station performance and follow IPC quality standards **Must-Have Skills and Experience** - Experience with PCBA repair, testing, and rework - Proficient in manual soldering and surface mount technology - Comfortable using test tools like oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters - Prior knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 required - Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills **Shift Options** - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM - 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM - 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM Pay: $24-28/hr, DOE and both 2nd and 3rd have an additional 10% shift premium. **What You'll Get as a Direct Hire Employee** - Weekly pay and immediate benefits - Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match - Employer-paid life and short-term disability insurance - Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time - Onsite health and wellness center - Continuous training and career growth in advanced electronics If you're ready to join a growing team where your experience in SMT, soldering, and board testing is valued-apply today.
