Duties: Develop and support the data analytics software needs of the Product Department. Design and develop business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to suit business needs. Design and build automated software solutions and data analysis models. Design, develop, test, and maintain data warehousing solutions, database tables, and views extracting data from multiple data sources. Assist end-users with self-service analytics applications. Provide ad-hoc training sessions to users on developed software. Troubleshoot and provide technical user support for data analytic issues by reviewing program code and data source for flaws in design or integrity. Use the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and define and implement best practices. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure user satisfaction with the work product.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field plus 4 years of experience in a role involving development of business intelligence software solutions. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in the stated fields plus 1 year of experience in the stated positions. Candidate's prior experience must include: Business Intelligence and data visualization development using IBM Cognos, TM1, and, Power BI; and Using IBM Cognos Framework Manager, SQL/PLSQL, Oracle SQL developer, Toad, Oracle Exadata database, SQL Server, Control-M, PowerDesigner Viewer, and Azure DevOps. Position is 100% remote. The base salary range anticipated for this position is $119,787 to $119,787 per year plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay.
